Acceptance of Terms

Failure to meet any one of these criteria at any time — including after registration — may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any bonuses associated with it.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the mjl99 platform. mjl99 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. mjl99 reserves the right to request identity documents confirming your date of birth at any point during the lifetime of your account. Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on mjl99. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. If mjl99 detects that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts will be suspended, pending balances will be reviewed, and any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided. Registration Requirements

Account Obligations & Security

As a registered player on mjl99, you accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed, deposits made, games played, and withdrawals requested. mjl99 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Account Security Responsibilities

• You must keep your mjl99 username and password strictly confidential at all times.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your mjl99 account that is not used for any other online service.
• You must enable OTP (one-time password) two-factor verification on your account where prompted.
• You must log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• You must notify mjl99 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Accurate Account Information

You are required to ensure that all information held on your account is accurate and current at all times. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information — including but not limited to your name, date of birth, contact details, or payment method information — is a violation of these terms and may result in the immediate suspension of your account and any associated balances. mjl99 will not be liable for any service delays or payment failures resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months or longer. mjl99 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after the initial dormancy period has elapsed, deducted from the account balance. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any identity verification steps that may be required.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on mjl99 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). mjl99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently supported for BDT transactions on the platform.

• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal request can be approved

Section 5

Bonus & Promotions Policy

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to these general bonus conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general policy, the promotion-specific term takes precedence for that particular offer.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn
• Standard wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered a minimum number of times as specified in the individual promotion (typically between 20x and 35x) before a withdrawal can be requested
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of their stated purpose on the platform
• Bonuses expire if the stated wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period stated in the promotion (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit)
• mjl99 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time
• Bonuses obtained through the use of multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, or abuse of promotional terms will be voided, and the relevant account(s) may be closed

Game Contributions to Wagering

Section 6

Game Rules & Fair Play

• In-play bets accepted after the outcome of a game event has been determined — due to a data feed delay — will be voided
• mjl99 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time prior to settlement

• Parlays, accumulators, and combination bets are permitted subject to the terms stated on the relevant market

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mjl99 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of your account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable under Bangladesh law.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification
• Using payment methods registered in the name of another person to fund your account

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or play games on your behalf
• Exploiting any software error, technical glitch, or pricing discrepancy for financial gain
• Attempting to manipulate or circumvent the wagering requirements attached to any bonus offer
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward mjl99 staff or other players
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the mjl99 platform, infrastructure, or another player's account

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

mjl99 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take any or all of the following actions in response to prohibited conduct: immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, withholding and forfeiture of account balance and pending withdrawals, reversal of winnings generated through prohibited activity, reporting of relevant details to financial institutions and law enforcement authorities, and pursuit of civil or criminal legal action where warranted.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

mjl99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if mjl99 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated any part of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your mjl99 account voluntarily, you may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining balance (after deducting applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be paid out to your registered payment method. Closure Due to Terms Violation

If your account is closed by mjl99 due to a violation of these Terms & Conditions, the decision to release or withhold your account balance will be made at mjl99's sole discretion, taking into account the nature and severity of the violation. In cases involving fraud, money laundering, or underage gambling, the account balance may be withheld in full pending investigation and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account — whether voluntary or enforced — all pending bonuses, promotional credits, and loyalty rewards are immediately voided and cannot be reinstated. Limitation of Liability

The total aggregate liability of mjl99 to any single player in respect of any and all claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming regulation.
